The wait was long but the office visit was great. The office staff was extremely helpful, they were through, courteous and discrete. I will continue to use this office. The only down side was that the seating was limited and not enough of. Everyone was great. I am booking today for 3 weeks out.

While it did seem a little unorganized, they have moved to a new office location so that likely contributed to the confusion. The doctor was really nice and very easy to talk to. Overall a good experience.

The ladies at the front including the nurse were so friendly however the doctor was in a rush to leave looks like she was upset at the fact I had a lot of questions and didn't seem to really care about my situation pertaining to my baby. I will never attend this practice again nor will I recommend this doctor. Bad experience.

Iris, was wonderful. My issue was not with her, specifically. My issue was that I went in for a pap, when they called and said my results were available I asked if they could tell them to me. I was then instructed that I would have to wait until they asked the dr if I could be told my results via phone. Then when I heard nothing, I decided to call and schedule a time to come in for the results like they suggested I do from the beginning. When I got there I had to surrender "the thing we exchange for goods and services (its green with the faces of our U.S. pres. on it, I can't call it what it is or they won't publish my review)" all for them to tell me in two seconds that everything came back normal. I was upset. Looking for a new Dr.

Nunca mas vuelvo a este lugar, pedi una cita donde queria a esta dra y me salen despues que pago que me va a atender otra, que no me explico nada, de como estaba, son muy costoso para lo que hacen, me parece que si la doctora no está deben avisarle a una y asi una decide si se queda o se va, te hacen lo que ellos quiere no lo que tu le pides. Never again......The walls are paper thin, I heard everything she said to her nurse about my chart. This was before she even walked in to see me. I am certain every patient know my business as well. What happened to Hippa. She was rushing to her daughters game too.

My visit with Dr. Ayala was perhaps one of the best experiences I have had with a medical professional. She took time to explain the medical terminology in use and this clarified my health issues. The wait was a little longer than expected, but after meeting with her and her staff, and coming into her office as new patient from out of state, i understood the time delay and apprecited her process. Dr. Ayala created an atmosphere of comfort and transparency. As an educational professiinal, I am pretty picky about selecting physicians to visit. I have absolutely no questions about Dr. Ayala. She is excellent.

Really sweet nurse who listened to everything i had to say. And dr.ayala was awesome. Ive been having a problem with obgyns taking my concerns seriously, but she sent me for tests and scripts right away. And she made me feel super comfortable. The only negative i would say, ia they have a really nice staff working in a run down building, so youre going to need to not judge a book by its cover.

I was very disappointed. I went in for prenatal care which this place is not adequately set up for. They have no ultrasound or sonogram machine. hello it is prenatal care how can you provide the service with out the proper equipment. So after waiting more than an hour all I got was a Pap smear and paperwork for labs and to go somewhere else for a ultrasound. It was a waste of time.however I will say that the staff was nice and polite. Non the less I will not be returning.

She's a obgyn who doesnt prescribe birth contol......quite effecient but a little on the cold aggressive side. Cant say she made me comfortable at all. That will probably be my last visit there. Oh and that office isnt quite comfortable either......

The Doctor is very nice and a good professional but the other people who work at the office were not too efficient. I did the check in on line but still I had to wait for more than an hour to be seen by the doctor.

Dr. Ayala was very sweet, kind, and caring. I've never felt so cared about from any other gynecologist, or even any other physician for that matter. I told her my concerns and she immediately addressed them. the front office staff was very sweet, and helpful. I changed my PCP to this location, I was so impressed. thank you so much Dr. Ayala!

I was in for a routine pap smear & pelvic exam. At first the front desk tried to charge me for an inpatient visit instead of for a specialist. Finally got that worked out. I waited in the lobby an additional 30 minutes. Totaling 45 minutes. Once in the office I was seen right away and the doctor told me that I would receive my results in a couple of weeks, unless there was a more pressing issue. I called the office yesterday (more than a month later) and was told that a nurse would call me with those results tomorrow. It's tomorrow at almost 4:30pm and still no phone call. I doubt I will ever see this doctor again. It's a shame that the front desk staff can't me be more service oriented.

After all the office stuff was finally finished, I was seen by Dr. Ayala. She was super gentle and took the time to answer all of my questions. After my exam we spoke in her office. She is very knowledgeable about Gynecology and Natural Wellness, and as a person looking to NOT take medications but medicate with a more holistic approach, her suggestions will be clearly followed and discussed with my own PD at our next appointment.
I almost can't wait until my follow up appointment to see if her suggestions have bared any fruit!!! =)
