Excellent. She has solve back, and knee issues for me. I usually go once or twice a year.But for issues i ususally go 2-3 times and the issue is resolved. So lucky to have found her!

The visit was great. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helped me right away. Iris asked lots of questions about my reasons for the visit and explained the diagnosis very well. She also made sure I had clear instruction to follow for my care once I went home. I will be back and will definitely recommend anyone to this clinic.

Dr. Zhao is a board certified and licensed Chiropractic Physician, Licensed Acupuncturist, and Herbalist in the state of Illinois. She received her Bachelor of Science degree majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry and Psychology from Indiana University at Bloomington. She went on to pursue her interest in Chiropractic and Traditional Chinese Medicine and completed dual degrees in Doctor of Chiropractic and Master of Science in Oriental Medicine as a Salutatorian at the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL.Dr. Zhao also has completed additional post-graduate education and training in clinical nutrition, functional rehabilitation, the McKenzie Method of Diagnosis and Therapy, and is a Certified Active Release Technique Specialist.
Dr. Zhao has a strong background and knowledge in the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies. In addition to traditional acupuncture and chinese herbs, she is trained in the use of other modalities, including cupping, guasha, moxa, and tuina. Through years of clinical experience, Dr. Zhao has successfully treated a wide variety of conditions, both neuromusculoskeletal and internal issues including acute and chronic pain, headaches, anxiety, insomnia, menstrual irregularities, symptoms relating to menopause, digestive complaints, common colds, fatigue, and many other conditions. Dr. Zhao is a member of the Illinois Chiropractic Society. Aside from practicing, Dr. Zhao taught Anatomy and Physiology as an associate professor for the Allied Health and Science Department at Rasmussen College.

I suffer from a past neck injury and migraines and am seeking a more natural pain management solution. Dr. Zhao was very attentive and took careful notes during my consultation. I am so pleased to find a practitioner that can provide several different chiropractic treatment options. They even offer acupuncture.
Check-in was extremely efficient. I registered and scheduled my appointment online and it was super easy. I highly recommend it. I even received text reminders for my appointment!
I NEVER felt rushed or uncomfortable during my apointment. I already feel improvment in my neck. I'm looking forward to future treatments with Dr Zhao. I highly recommend Chicago InHealth Center and Dr Zhao.

I received a call the afternoon before my appointment to confirm my insurance information. All of my insurance information, including the group number and the ID number, were on Zoc Doc weeks prior to my appointment. The person who left the message said they wanted to get my ID number and group number so they could make sure that I was excepted prior to my appointment. I was little turned off by the fact that the website and the doctor's office did not communicate with each other.
Also the woman who was behind the front desk when I arrive didn't speak English sufficiently enough to confirm my insurance information, so rather than start talking about my medical history or my issues once I was with the doctor, the doctor wanted to talk about payment. It was very unprofessional. I will go back because I truly believe that the treatment helped but I've always been someone who believes that money should either be taken care of before or after.

I first came to see Dr. Zhao for complaints of neck pain and sleeping issues. I was impressed at how quickly she was able to identify the cause of my condition and provide pain relief with a completion of acupuncture and chiropractic care. She is very thorough and patient. Highly recommended.
