Highly professional doctor, covered a lot of ground during my annual physical, was very thorough, but time constraints were clearly visible in the way he rushed his answers.
The wait was long, not in the reception room, but after they placed me in examination room. Probably sitting there for 15 min by myself after the nurse took vitals.

Dr. Zaki was born and raised in Egypt. He graduated from Minya Medical University, finished his residency and worked as a general practitioner. He worked in a small village as their only physician, seeing all ages of patients and doing all types of procedures, including home deliveries. When he came to the United States, he had to start all over again. He attended New York Medical College’s Family Medicine Residency Program here at the Hoboken University Medical Center. He is currently board certified in family medicine.
Dr. Zaki thinks the most important thing about a physician is caring for their patient. Giving the patient enough time to answer all of their questions and address all of their concerns, taking an in-depth patient history and doing a thorough physical exam. It is important to really understand what the patient is going through.

Awful scheduling. First it was cancelled because Zocdoc doesn't know about the doctor's office's schedule openings. Then it somehow got confirmed by the office and Zocdoc that it was at the time I originally scheduled. Then it was over half an hour later and was told I must've "misheard" (and I assume, "misread" the email and text as well). Then I call the day of and it's suddenly 5 minutes later than what was confirmed by the doctor's office the day before.
I'm glad my work is lenient about missing most of a day.

It was very rushed. I went in for an annual physical. They gave me paperwork to go drop off blood. When I called to see where do I have to go, they said that the phlebotomist was not there and that I have to go to another location. I tried calling again and I got different information. Nobody ever followed up with me to see why I didn't go to give blood and I am extremely disappointed.

Always a bit of a wait time here for me. But never for my husband. Kind of weird. One time we booked appts one after the other and he was still seen before me. Other than that, great staff, location and doctor.

Visit with doctor was great, but responses with getting the results from my medical tests are HORRIBLE!!! In serious pain and have been suffering back discomfort for a month and a half. Doctor office has had the results from my MRI all day but will not share results with me or call me to discuss despite having had the report for hours. I can not sit stand walk or lie down without pain. As a result I am left in the dark with regards to my diagnosis- very disappointing and poor quality care. Would NOT recommend

The entire staff is really friendly and helpful here. Dr. Zaki listens and has a great bedside manner. I've had two appointments with him and have made him my new GP because i'm very pleased with the office.

Worst doctor I ever saw. Bedside manners of a drill sergeant - stone-cold. Stood 5 feet away from me with arms folded across his chest the entire time. He actually stressed me out so much, I got sick from this "well visit". Would never recommend him.

Dr. Zaki was very good and professional. He spent quite a bit of time listening to the issue and was very straight forward with his answer. He recommended seeing a specialist since he felt as though the issue was beyond his focus, which I greatly appreciated. He was very friendly and nice. Wait time could have been reduced.

Dr. Zaki is fantastic. Came in with cold/strep the week before my wedding - gave me a z-pak for the strep, nasal solution & regimen for the cold and by Saturday I was 100%. He was also super nice/great bedside manner. Experience could not have been better.

Dr. Zaki was very thorough, professional and easy to talk to. The office was very well kept, uses computers to take notes, and has new modern equipment like a digital scale. The nurse who saw me was also very easy to talk to and professional. The front desk receptionist Stephanie was helpful and amazingly friendly. Plus there was no wait time at all. So thankful to have found a great doctor in Hoboken. I will definitely be returning!

The doctor was good but he speaks very fast and sometime it was hard to understand. The doctor's office sent my prescription to a pharmacy near their office but when I asked if they can send it to a different location the doctor said no. The staffs were very helpful and very nice. The office was clean. The waiting time was very long.

So happy the Riverside Medical Center has finally opened in Maxwell Place! The offices are immaculate and the staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr. Zaki is very professional and caring! If you're looking for a PCP in Hoboken, Dr. Zaki is your guy!
