Excellent Doctor. Very helpful and willing to listen to whatever problem you have and saw him right away and they do all almost every test over there. You don’t have to go see another doctor on a next day for bloodwork or other exam. They do it all here same day.

After filling out pre-appointment forms, I was prompted to fill them out again when I arrived at the office. Provider sped through appointment and bedside manner was satisfactory. After blood test lab results were completed, provider did not schedule follow up to discuss lab results even though there were flagged abnormalities.

This place is amazing. The staff is super friendly, very direct and professional. I’m a chatty nervous person at the doctor and from the get go they put me at ease. I was seen by the P.A Kevin Chen and he was very clear and gladly answered all of my questions. He took the time to make sure I didn’t need anything else addressed and walked me through potential plans of action for my main concern. He was confident and knowledgeable. This was a very easy experience start to finish. The practice is very efficiently run - I showed up 15 mins before my appointment and they had me in the exam room within 10 minutes, so I even started earlier than my appointment time.
The staff was incredibly friendly, everyone who saw me communicated well and listened to my needs and concerns. Thorough and professional. I would 100% recommend MOM and Kevin Chen.

I hate getting blood drawn and they were so accommodating and patient it really felt as 'pleasant' as getting blood and an annual physical could feed.

Tl;dr: Proffesional, quick, easy online checkin.
When you go for any medical visit of any kind you want to be seen quickly, leave with all your questions and concerns answered, and know what your next steps are (blood work, referral, follow up, etc.). Btw casual reminder to everyone: bring your medical records as hard copies or easy to access electronic copies.
I was a new patient and came in due to a concern. Kevin Chen, PA answered all my questions. A course of action was decided on and walked through. I was explained every set of tests and why I was going to have them.
Every staff member I interacted with was proffesional and communicated clearly.
When it comes to our individual health, not being rushed and having clear answers means a lot. A lot of women feel unheard in medical settings, I'd recommend making an appointment if you need a new PCP. I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciated that I wasn't rushed and wasn't given answers to simply passify me.
