Dr. Lamour is great however their phlebotomist wasnt on duty so they let I think it was the nurse or pa draw my blood. She repeatedly stuck me with a needle, bruised my arm and then told me she didn't know what she was doing. That alone was very off putting and I am considering changing to another office or just making sure their phlebotomist is on duty when my appt is scheduled.

She was great. She has a great deal of general knowledge. She was so friendly and took care to address everything you said to her. She is really nice and personable. It was worth the wait.

Dr. Lamour seems very disinterested in her patients. She relies on her laptop to find out information on patient problems rather than using previously learned content knowledge. She seems very cold and does not create a welcoming environment where I am comfortable talking about my medical care.
