Dr. Izzy is from northern New Jersey, and lived in Chandler, Arizona before moving to Texas in 2012. She has a Bachelors in Exercise Science from U.T. Arlington which she attained in 2016. Growing up, her passions were dance, piano and weight training.
Dr. Izzy worked as a Sports Performance Enhancement Specialist, training athletes from the ages of 10-18. She started to realize that aside from sports enhancement training she was very passionate about coaching her athletes using proper biomechanics for the purpose of decreasing the chances of injury during performance. Dr. Izzy was drawn to the chiropractic field after seeking out treatment for her chronic migraines and low back pain. After receiving several treatments to resolve her issues she could see herself doing the same for the purpose of helping others in the prevention and treatment of injury and pain.
Dr. Izzy is not a new face to Whole Body Chiropractic as she worked as an chiropractic assistant during 2020 and completed her internship at Whole Body Chiropractic- Plano in the fall of 2022. She graduated from Parker University in December of 2022 with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree where she practiced many techniques for adjusting, including: Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead and Specific Prone; she also holds a certification in Activator I Protocol. Following graduation, Dr. Izzy accepted a more permanent role at Whole Body Chiropractic-Plano and has since transitioned to taking the role of Clinic Director and Chiropractor in our Richardson clinic.

JUST WOW! Dr. Izzy is hands down the best chiropractor I’ve ever been treated by. I came to her with persistent upper back pain caused by exercise, work, and a past car accident, and now I feel like a completely new person. Her adjustments are precise, effective, and tailored perfectly to my needs, making the entire experience both pleasant and transformative. Dr. Izzy was an amazing provider. She helped me with my low back pain and tailored a treatment plan specifically for me. I felt like I was VIP. They have other treatments too! Wyatt did muscle therapy and that really helped my low back a lot. I want to try the spinal decompression but that will be later in my plan. This office is the best!

During my visits, she provided valuable advice on exercises and stretches to do at home and in the gym, which have greatly helped alleviate my pain.
