About Dr. Tiffany Hall
A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, Dr. Tiphanie “Tip” Hall graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences. She earned her Master's in Public Health at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where she first discovered her passion for Complementary Alternative Medicine. This passion led her to Parker University, where she completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and graduated as a Board-Certified Chiropractor. Dr. Tip utilizes various treatment techniques to assist the human body with its natural ability to heal.
After graduation, Dr. Tip took her talents to the operating room in hospitals across the U.S., serving as an Associate Neurophysiologist. During this time, she gained a deeper understanding of the vast health disparities individuals can face. This experience fueled her desire to truly heal the mind, body, and soul as one. Thus, Golden Alignment was born.
Dr. Tip's vision for Golden Alignment is to set the gold standard for what optimal healthcare should look and feel like. While many envision a routine visit to a healthcare practitioner's office as white walls, a cold environment, and a sterile, uptight feeling, Dr. Tip imagined something different. She envisioned a warm and inviting setting with top-tier service and a spa-like experience. By nurturing every aspect of the human body-from physical and emotional to spiritual and mental-Golden Alignment is a unique chiropractic practice where luxury meets health.
When she's not working with patients, Dr. Tiphanie enjoys cycling, lifting weights, roller skating, and car karaoke!

Dr. Tiphanie Hall is a phenomenal doctor and really cares for her patients. She has a very comprehensive and holistic approach to treating her patients. She’s also very accommodating and listens to patients concerns. I recommend her services to anyone looking for a great chiropractor!

This place is amazing! It’s luxurious and the staff is amazing. They’re very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Every time I leave, I feel like a brand new woman. They relieve my body of pain and my spirit of worry. I absolutely love this place! 10/10 recommended!

Love Golden Alignment and their customer service. Dr. Tiphanie is so knowledgable and always welcoming. I was having back pain after having my daughter and after seeing Dr. Tiphanie, I immediately felt better and we created a plan to keep the pain away. Highly recommend her for any aches and pains you're having.

Dr. Tip is the best chiropractor I have come across in Dallas. Not only is she personable but she has excellent bedside manner. I go into her office in pain and always leave with a smile on my face.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Doctor and her entire practice! I’m always greeted upon arrival and I’m proud to say the vibe is always great from all the employees. My appointments are always great because I know if I come in with any problems or pain I most definitely will not leave the same way I came. Since day one every appointment has been thorough and nothing has changed as my needs are always addressed and taken care of every time. Nevertheless, If you are looking for a doctor that loves her job/work and cares about her patients then look no further. Go ahead and book you won’t be disappointed!
