I was NOT displeased with the encounter with the Dr. Lopez. This was our 1st visit to the doctor as a new patient and she never shook our hands and formally introduced herself or even inquired about her overall health. Her demeanor was very bland. She never asked anything about my daughter as a new patient, never welcomed us to the practice or anything. Doctor examined my daughter then turned her back to us while saying Thank You at the same time and walked out the room. My daughter and I sat there with a blank stare on our faces... I actually left the appointment with my daughter feeling like I did something wrong, when I was the one so eager to meet her. Even my teenage daughter said she doesn't want to be seen with her again. Very bland personality, not personable at all. Office is very clean, very nice child friendly environment but terrible service.
