It is an Urgent Care facility so even if you make an appointment, the chances are you are going to have to wait. But Dr. Kwaw was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. He seems to be invested in his patients.

Efficient and quick. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Dr Kwaw is very to-the-point and gets you taken care of with out that fake relationship most doctors try to establish. All while being comforting and helpful.

DR. KWAW IS A VERY GOOD DOCTOR. HE LISTENS TO HIS PATIENTS. THERE'S NOT A LONG WAIT. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

They should validate parking. Had to pay $22.00!
Also, had to leave to use the ATM because the debit card would not read on their machine. Even though it did work 3 weeks ago.

Mr. Kwaw was very nice. However, the wait was long. And I had to pay $17.60 for 1 hour 49 minutes being there, I took that it was my mistake not have asked if they validate parking tickets. So, definitely ask if they validate your parking ticket before leaving, or find street parking near by the building.

Spent more time waiting for the doctor than I did actually seeing him. I spoke with him for less than 5 minutes. It felt like he was rushing. I ended up going to another doctor a few weeks later to get a second opinion.

fast, maybe way too fast.
I came for an ED problem, I was not asked for any previous history of ED, if it was chronic or not ... just my temperature was taken (not sure why, might be common practises to do so but knowing why will have been nice!). I was then prescribed Viagra and Xanax and sent on my way.

Dr. Kwaw was very courteous and helpful. I saw him for a minor issue and he dealt with it very quickly and painlessly. Receptionist was very helpful as well. The only complaint I have is that parking was quite pricey.
