Dr. lang has a nice presence and seems like a good doctor. Unfortunately, the office isn't equipped with enough staff or operational oversight to facilitate communication with patients. All phone calls go unanswered and its quite difficult to get any follow-up communication regarding test results. There is no online portal which most offices use to communicate these things so you end up leaving voicemail messages on consecutive days hoping someone gets back to you.
