This office is quite possibly the worst run office of any kind that I have encountered in Miami. No one answers the phone. No one responds to emails. No one calls back my pharmacy after TWO weeks of trying to fill a prescription. I gave him the benefit of the doubt after the first complete failure, but not one thing has improved. This is my first ever review - the practice is so bad that I felt it that important to tell the world.

It is impossible to contact this doctor in between visit. Nobody answers the phone and you are asked to leave a message. When you do it takes them hours to return your call. I understand that in case of emergency, you go to the ER. But you should still be able to talk to your doctor's office when you have a concern or need an appointment.

Excellent Doctor. He carefully listened to everything I had to say and I never felt rushed or anything like that which I appreciated a lot as some doctors make you feel like they want you out fast. You can tell he really knows what he is doing and cares a lot about his patients. He was very nice and polite with a great bedside manner. Definitely recommend.

Very knowledgeable and thorough. Did not feel at all rushed like most South Florida 'factory' doctors that you are in and out in a flash. It took me a long time, but I think I finally found a good doctor who seems to care. Friendly staff-helpful post visit report and I'm hopeful that in my follow up visit the waiting time will be even less. It looks like this is a practice where they know what they are doing!!

Dr. Medina Smester is the best primary care physician I've ever had the pleasure of having. He's very educated and covered what I initially came for and other concerns I've been holding off. There was no unpleasant moment he's marvelous. Due to the parking garage I was lost and he called me around my scheduled appointment making sure I was coming and met me right off the elevator. I'm beyond satisfied! Zocdoc is amazing!
