He completed his internship and residency training in Anesthesiology at POH Medical Center in Michigan. Dr. Neily then completed his Dermatology residency training at Western University of Health Sciences in Los Angeles, California. He served as Chief Resident in both programs. He is a Board Certified Dermatologist and a Mohs Micrographic Surgeon. Dr. Neily specializes in skin cancer surgery and dermatologic cosmetic surgery procedures.
