Convenient weekend hours; facilities are a little older but not a bad place.

Wait time for this appointment and my followup were too long. 30min+ for first visit, and likely 90+ minutes for followup (I left when they told me I'd need to wait at least another hour.)
Front office staff when making the appointment were not very helpful and had negative attitudes.
Procedures and payment information were not explained to me at all.

I was not satisfied. The wait was very long before getting into the consultation room, and further long while waiting for the doctor to come in to the room. The doctor was seeing multiple patients in parallel and left the room for several minutes in between while I was just sitting there waiting, unclear about next steps.
