His expertise in the field of urology, include Robotic laparoscopic renal, prostate and bladder surgery, continent urinary diversion, and perineal prostatectomy. Dr. Lovinggood is actively involved in the field of male and female incontinence with the use of the male and female sling, mesh for female pelvic prolapse, and the Artificial Urinary Sphincter. Dr. Lovinggood has a special interest in treatment of Erectile Dysfunction, including the use of the all the different types of Penile Prosthesis.
Dr. J Perry Lovinggood, MD a native Missourian, graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. from St. Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. He then went to the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, Missouri to receive his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. From there, he completed a residency in Urology and a fellowship in Nephrology/renal transplantation.
