Jack Ackerman, DO, is a Board Certified Internist that has joined our team at Samaritan Internal Medicine. Dr. Ackerman has been an internist with San Jose Medical Group since 1994 and has been providing inpatient and outpatient services at Good Samaritan and O'Connor Hospitals. Dr. Ackerman volunteers his time at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center as the Medical Director of the Clean Slate Program. He comes highly recommended by his colleagues for his excellent diagnostic skills and bedside manner. Dr. Ackerman is experienced in chronic care management, and he is very familiar with the local medical community
