I went in to see Dr. Clemis for a 2nd opinion on a hearing test. Dr. Clemis was real nice and took some good quality time explaining me next steps and walking me through different options. Also, if you live/work downtown in Chicago, his office is really easy to get to.

Nice man with plenty of experience. However, I had many questions that he would not answer until he saw me for a follow up. I left the first time around feeling nervous that I didn't learn anything that was going on. However, he clarified things on the second visit. I just thought it was an unnecessary way of handling things. The wait time was pretty bad as well. I don't understand why they take appointments if they don't honor them until 1 hour and 15 minutes after the scheduled time.

I barely even saw the Dr, in fact, I waited for 30+ minutes despite being on time for my appointment first thing in the morning. Was brought into the office where the doctor did some paperwork behind me and ignored me for about 10 minutes. Finally got a chance to tell the doctor what was going on, and as it turns out he doesn't even handle that, and told me I'd be able to see his associate right away instead. Another 25 minutes later, and his associate has not yet seen me, so I left.
