The patient care was superb. The wait time was practically non existent .Dr.Estes was very patient with me after having to switch drs after 10 years I felt very comfortable from the minute I walked in the dorr, the staff was very very pleasant helpful and friendly .

I came in for an initial visit paid a copay which I didn't mind but I expected great service for a private practice. I was at this clinic for a total of 3 hours it took them 2 hours before they triage me. I booked my appointment through zocdoc and filled out the forms online to speed up the process, not to wait a 3 hours to be seen! I will never come back here again and if you're looking for a gyn don't waste your time. This place is terrible. !! Came for my follow-up appointment and it was the same thing !! A total waste of time !!

Everything was dirty office beds chairs staff is unprofessional and they do not tell you your test results until you come into the office with an appt meaning paying a co pay again can't just walk in and get results. Horrible service and area.

the medical assistants are not aware of the web side, they're not familiar with the service online, therefore they make you wait. always ask for the supervisor. she's very helpful, but not the staff.
