Dr. Carreno and her nurse, Jackie, were both very kind and professional. Though the wait was a little long to be seen, they were courteous and definitely know what they're doing. I was able to be seen somewhat last minute, as well.

Other than the waiting time (you can talk to the receptionist if you have an urgent situation to cut the line, so quite flexible), the doctor, nurse and the receptionist are all nice and helpful.

HORRIBLE! Will never go back. Staff is so unprofessional. Made me wait close to an hr to check for my insurance. After 2 hours checked my vitals and weight. Wanted to attend patients with later appointments after. Heard the doctor even approach the receptionist for not having my profile ready but still tried to tell me it was because they were checking my insurance. But my insurance card already had her name. Then after I confronted them about calling other patients then tried to service me.

Doctor Jacqueline Carreno was great! The down side was that my appointment was at 12:00PM I arrived at 11:30AM. They changed for 1:45PM. Which I wasn't aware because they sent it to my email granted that was my fault. They knew I was there from 11:30AM and still did not get seen until 3:00PM

I went to the office of Jacqueline Carreño, MD for a employment-required physical wellness exam. I was surprised to hear that the Medical Health Form required by my employer isn't free. The original appointment I made on Zocdoc was cancelled by the office. So, I made another appointment on Zocdoc and that was also rescheduled. The ladies at the front desk seemed to be on the defensive most of the time but they were great at getting me in and out of the office before I needed to head to work. I was surprised to see ads for eyebrow threading and facials in the office waiting area. Nurse Jackie, who took my vitals, was kind. Dr. Carreño was great once we sat down and discussed my medical history. She was understanding and did her best to get the ball rolling on the documentation necessary for my new job.

The manager at this office should get some "bedside manner/courtesy" classes from Doctor Carreno. Everything else was excellent.

The establishment was very welcoming and clean. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. Dr. Carreno was attentive and detailed. I have always had a positive experience at this office. I was arrived a bit before my appointment time and was seen fairly quickly after my arrival.

Although I was super late for my appointment do to traffic issues, the Girl who arrange my appointment was so sweet ( I forgot her name) and kindly call me to let me know that she was trying to make a space for me and she did it. Doctor Carreno is a great doctor I'm so happy I found her. Definitely I would recommend her to anyone.

I am very picky with how doctors treat me and how staff manage their time while I am waiting. I can say that I am very pleased with the service I received. The office is very clean, staff and doctors are very polite at all time. I went with my two little kids and staff were always respectful and friendly withmy little girls. I definitely recommend this place.

I've visited a couple times and her staff is very friendly and she's very sweet! I found her knowledgable and her office is nice! I've had some lengthy wait times here, although I don't really mind that. Her practice definitely has a focus on women, which is not necessarily what I'm looking for.

Dr. Carreno is great. However, she arrived an hour after my appointment was supposed to start. Also, in order to have blood work done, I have to make a separate appointment at a nearby lab.

The wait time was pretty long, but other than that I was very pleased with my visit. Dr. Carreno and all of her staff that I interacted with were kind and personable. They were patient and attentive and knowledgeable about billing and insurance issues. I went for a prescription refill but Dr. Carreno made sure to ask questions about my general health. Their specialty is weight loss and aesthetic medicine, but I would go there for primary care issues, as well. I am a person who hates going to the doctor, but I was really comfortable - most friendly and helpful staff in a doctor's office I've ever seen!

Terrible! Waited for 45 mins then asked and there was only the one doctor and FOUR people ahead of me and only one person went in on the 45 mins I was waiting meaning id be there another two hours at least. Their response was "sometimes when you go to the doctor you have to wait". Insane. And so rude.

Why make an appointment for 12pm if the doctor isn't going to be there? For my first visit, I let the wait time go because she was running late. But today I was scheduled for a follow up appointment and I hear the same thing when I arrive at 12:50pm. Although she is a great doctor, this place needs to be more organized and responsible when making appointments. I finally got fed up of waiting after an hour and twenty minutes and left. I never even saw the doctor.

My personal opinion is that she is impersonating a doctor. Her office was full of 'diet pills', and she seemed totally clueless on how to handle absolutely basic medical problems. On the bright side, her office was painted a lovely color.

Dr. Carreno was warm and had a good sense of humor. I was seen within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment time and the appointment itself was fast. Dr. Carreno really seems to care and is very personable. I'm excited to see her again!
