I Love Dr. Jones! she is always sweet and very knowledgeable. Goes straight to the point. The only downfall is the wait-time which even early in the morning is always at least 40min.

My child has seen Dr. Jones for a few years now. She continues to want us to follow-up after she removed his tonsils and adenoids at 3 years. She has been fantastic with him and he never dreads going to her office.

Dr. Jones graduated with honors from Smith College and completed her medical school training at Cornell University Medical College. Her internship in General Surgery and residency in Otorhinolaryngology were completed at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She received fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology at the Children's Hospital of Boston/Harvard Medical School. Dr. Jones is an Associate Professor of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology at the New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
Dr. Jones has written numerous articles and lectures frequently. She was Director of Pediatric Otolaryngology at the New York Hospital for the past eight years. She is an Executive board member of the American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology and has served as an Advisory Member to the National Institute of Health. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics as well as a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. She has been elected to New York Magazine and the Castel and Connelly Guide to the best doctors in the Northeast for the past six years. Her practice emphasizes the treatment of children and adults with diseases of the ear, nose and throat. Her special interest include the medical and surgical treatment of sinus disease in adults and children.

After multiple visits to my 15 month old daughters pediatrician and no answers, I'm glad to have requested an ENT referral and after some search found Dr. Jones. Not only she's very pleasant to talk to but she was really good with my daughter. We have a plan of care in place and I'm very satisfied with our first visit.

Dr. Jones performed my 3rd sinus surgery. Although she primarily works with children, I'm glad that I selected her as my ENT. She has a very kind way of dealing with people, and my recovery time was much less than my 2 prior surgeries. She treated me with absolute kids gloves and I'm very grateful for the work that she did for me.

The wait time was only about 5 minutes probably due to the fact that I had an early morning appointment so there was no backlog of patients. Dr. Jones was friendly and was quick with the appointment while ensuring she covered all necessary details like asking about my medical history, what my concerns were and recommending the right tests. I'm scheduled to go back for a follow up in a few weeks.

Fantastic doctor! She puts kids and parents at ease. Totally worth it to get my daughters ear checked thoroughly. She had some instruments to look in her ear, evaluate the strength of her ear drum and look up her nose with a scope and with no stress, no tears, no pain. The exam took 15 minutes in the exam room, clear plan was given and it was totally worth it!
