About Dr. Kevin Small
Dr. Kevin Small, a board-certified plastic surgeon, is a well-known innovator and an educator in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery. He has received many honors and awards citing his excellence in academics, teaching, and research from prestigious organizations such as the American Society of Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation.
Dr. Small was the former assistant professor at Weill Cornell Medical College and attending plastic surgeon at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. He was recently appointed as the Director of Plastic Surgery for New York Bariatric Group. Dr. Small has presented his innovative research at local, national, and international meetings; he has innumerable original manuscripts and book chapters in multiple peer-reviewed collections including Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Aesthetic Surgery Journal.
Dr. Small is from Nashville, Tennessee, and received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine in New York City. He completed his plastic surgery residency at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center and also an aesthetic surgery fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Small is married to Stephanie Kalikow Small with two small children - Lucas Ryan Small & Remy Paige Small.

I scheduled a consultation for a neck lift, I did not know why they wanted my insurance and also the Dr didn’t seem that interested I think because of my advance age. I asked if I could see a financial person who could tell mehow much it will cost they said they will email it to me. Never did

Doctor knew with diabetes and transplant past He could and would not be able to safely do the procedure. However he didn’t tell me no until after he assessed me. My diabetes is 40years my transplant6 years they could have told me before I took day off work and all.

Had a great consultation with Dr. Kevin Small today! For starters, the location is clean and welcoming! Gabby was extremely sweet when taking my vitals and prepping me before Dr Small came in. Dr. Small was very quick and efficient, he made me feel confident that he should be the one to do this procedure. I can't wait to see my results. I would absolutely 10/10 recommend this office. All the ladies at the front desk were also extremely sweet and confirmed my next steps. Thank you all again!

The office from the minute you call to the minute you walk in the door the women and men are amazing they made me feel so welcome and not nervous or scared talked me through everything. Dr. Small is excellent helpful friendly easy to talk to and helpful with all my concerns him and his staff was always in contact with me months after my surgery.
