I think Jacqueline is a very nice therapist. She is only the intake coordinator though, which is just the beginning of the process to getting accepted by the office. I was extremely pleased with the communication. Both Jacqueline and her supervisor, who I also spoke with briefly, were great listeners and very insightful on my issues.

The CCC is a community based organization that provides mental health treatment using an individual, family and group modalities. Please note, that it is the policy of the The CCC to confirm appointments only AFTER insurance coverage is verified by our billing department.
This practice has a psychiatrist on staff and a psychologist available by appointment only. Jacqueline Otero the Intake Coordinator will call and confirm your appointment request for an initial consultation within 24 hours during business hours. (Monday through Fridays, 8am - 4pm.) If an appointment request is made on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday your appointment will be confirmed on the next available business day once insurance is verified by our billing department.
