Although Dr. Smith was a great doctor, I found the office staff to not be friendly or attentive to patient needs. I also found that the assisting nurse lacked the medical knowledge to properly assist on the doctor's behalf. Lastly, I had to call to request my results, because I did not receive the results from the staff.

I absolutely LOVE HER!! Her personality is amazing, she makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a OBGYN, all the girls on her team are lovely! I've been to about 4 different OBGYN's this year looking for someone that makes my office visits not such a drag, and she is def a go to !

I would highly recommend Dr. Smith. I was very nervous and she could tell and she explained everything thoroughly and made me feel much better. She really takes her time with you and answers all questions very professionally as well as compassionately. This was my first time visiting this doctor. I was petrified considering this is my first real gyn appointment, however, Dr. Smith was phenomenal!! She made me feel comfortable, she gave me advice with what I was going through, and she kicked conversation with me during the exam that way things weren't awkward. She even gave me college advice! I will definitely return to this doctor! If you're nervous about seeing a gyn because it's the first time or anything, this doctor is perfect for you. I promise. Not only is Dr. Smith great, the staff is friendly and approachable. The wait time for me was not more than 5 mins. Best visit I've had with any doctor!

The office called prior to my visit to let me know that Dr. Smith would not be in and would I be alright with being examined by the Nurse Practicioner. I did not mind as I know this is common practice in many practices. I did see the Nurse Practicioner. She was amazing! Very nice, thorough and answered all of my questions. The office staff were friendly, accommodating and quite welcoming! I was even able to have blood work done in the office. I have anxiety and the Nurse Practicioner was sensitive and patient with me. Overall a great experience.

The wait was over an hour, which was annoying because i made an 8:45 a.m. appointment with hopes of getting to work at least by 10/10:30. That didn't happen. However Dr. Smith was very pleasant, kind, and easy to talk to. She was also very interested in making sure I knew about updates regarding medications. I'll go again next year--just not before work.

Dr.Smith was SO sweet!!! I personally thought she had great bedside manner, was joking around with me/ made me feel comfortable, and this was my first appt with her/ first time meeting her and I felt very at ease. My appt was at 10 am. They showed me right away but I was probably waiting in the room for about 20 mins before she came in. There were other patients before me, I didn't mind but I know some people don't like that. Dr. Smith addressed my concerns and she is helping me work out any issues I have. Will definitely rebook.

Long wait initially, but once I got into the exam room, I had a great experience. The nurses listened to me, provided great information, and then sent the doctor in. The doctor was incredibly understanding-I was seeing her for a second opinion after a terrible experience at another doctor. She listened to my concerns, provided options, and worked with me to get an appointment set up for my procedure right away. Great, comforting experience, and I already referred a friend to her today!
