The front staff was very nice, but I felt like Dr. Gianni was a little annoyed. She wasn’t very personable. She walked in the room and just started asking questions right away. Did not introduce herself or ask me how I was doing. It was more along the lines of why are you here? Then it was just here are the papers and let’s get this over with type of attitude. It took me really trying to talk to her for her to open up and be a little more friendly. By the end, I got a smile out of her face, but as the patient, I shouldn’t really feel like I’m bothering with my questions or interrupting your day. Debbie at the front desk was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable while I was getting my Pap done. ?

The doctor I saw had the worst bedside manner. She acted like I was an inconvenience for being there. She acted so unhappy to be there and I didn’t feel like I was taken seriously. The guy who took my vitals was awesome, he was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I wouldn’t recommend seeing Jacquelyn Gianni again. Probably the grumpiest doctor with the worst attitude I’ve ever had to deal with.

I booked my annual OBGYN visit with her, confirmed my appt and completed all pre registration forms prior to the appt time. I got a confirmation text. Then I show up to the office and I’m told that the doctor does not due annual visits. Where was the phone call? How did I not get notified prior to me driving 40 minutes away to my appointment just to be told that they can’t help me today? The receptionist lady was super kind and I don’t blame her but I do blame the practice for the oversight. How does someone get so far down the pipeline before you realize you can’t service them?

The receptionist who checked me in was super nice. She was really the only one who had a bubbly personality. The nurse was friendly as well and got all my vitals. The doctor wasn’t very outgoing or really friendly. She was quiet the whole appointment and didn’t say much or ask any questions. She didn’t even do an exam or listened to my lungs or heart. I felt it was pretty quick appointment and nothing ever happened. I was going there to establish care since I didn’t have a primary and wanted to just let them know I was getting bloodwork done already from an urgent care doctor. She really seemed annoyed I was even there to begin with and felt it was awkward the whole time. I honestly am not going back there and found another place.

I have tried numerous weight loss strategies, but these weekly semaglutide shots are the only thing that has worked for me. After my initial visit with fasting labs. I can come in weekly without an appointment. They do primary care here also.

I visit Atlantis Clinic for my weekly weight loss shots. I don't need any appointment and can just walk in. Jacquelyn Gianni is very attentive, and the clinic staff is very friendly.

Since coming to Atlantis clinic for opioid dependence with suboxone. I have been able to stay off drugs and get my life back together. I'm also going to have them check out some other issues I have put off for too long.

Losing weight on Atlantis clinic's program with weekly shots. I've lost 25 pounds already. I have an irregular schedule so I like being able to do all my visits as a walk-in.

I've had depression and anxiety for many years but resisted treatment. Jacquelyn gave me several option and now I'm on antidepressants and am doing much better. If I get really down I can also get a ketamine shot for a quicker relief.

I went to Atlantis Clinic for a sciatic flare-up. They gave me a steroid shot and pain medicine and am feeling much better. They did xrays and sent me for an MRI. I was able to be seen the same day didn't have to wait.

I had a skin laceration from a glass. Jacquelyn Gianni saw me without an appointment and no wait. She stopped the bleeding and applied stitches. I felt very comfy at this clinic and painless. I like that they can help with urgent issues.
