I never had a chance to see the doctor as I was called three times, within 24 hours for me to change my time and then finally was told the appointment would be canceled as the doctor was still in surgery.

She listened to my problems and took them seriously. She provided reasonable, conservative treatment options. She had a very kind manner and explained every step.
The check-out lady was rather rude to some people over the phone, and someone who came accidentally came into their back door. I felt uncomfortable listening to her. The check-in lady was very professional and pleasant the entire time.

After taking xrays it was a heel spur that had been paining me for about 3 months. The Dr. came in and showed me them and gave me her plan. She was very informative and pleasant...thanks so much!

The office was very nice, and so was the staff & doctor. I did x-rays there... yay! The staff was very talkative, which was good I will spend a fortune on shoes and graphite insoles... yech!

The doctor was amazing. Very knowledgeable and great bedside manner. The office is very old and lacks attention to it. The absolute worst customer service from the office staff. The front desk staff locked the front door as I was walking up a man was on the phone complaining about the situation. Then, when I arrived the front desk manager was not remorseful but continued to complain about the patient. She also asked for my pharmacy 3 different occasions still submitting the prescription late. When I called about it she was immediately defensive and rude. There is no way I would return just based on my interactions with her. Which is disappointing because the doctor was so awesome

Dr. Devireddy Is so polite, friendly, patient, kind and very understanding within her practice and as a person in general. I would definitely recommend a friend or family member to her clinic. I also love Ms Jacky the receptionist/ MA she is so sweet as well and makes you want to be tough going through the procedure.

Very nice, thorough, and organized. I felt my exam was good and my treatment plan is what I need. They were upfront and honest about what my insurance would cover and helped me to find affordable alternatives for what wasn’t covered by my insurance (an ankle brace). I was able to complete my paperwork online before the appointment and emailed a link to my patient portal prior to the appointment. Office is nice, free parking.
