Because it is an urgent care facility, there are many different doctors on duty, so I didn't see Dr. Fadul, but Dr. Williams did a great job. Nurse and Receptionist had great beside manner as well. Pharmacy and physical therapist facilities are on site if needed.

Nice guy. Good at his job. He was talking about personal business on his cell phone out in the patient waiting area that made me feel me uncomfortable.
My visit required me to take my pants completely off, normally you get the room to yourself to get changed into a medical outfit, well, here they had my just get undressed right then and there which just felt awkward.
Other than that, I actually really liked Dr Fadul, nice guy, good at his job, nice facility. There just needs to be a tad more professionalism.

I'm going to be honest, went better than my last visit. Last visit no one got I had an appointment and made me wait an hour just to get back to see a PA and then waited an hour in the exam room. This time, about 20 minutes waiting in the waiting room and probably 15 minutes in the exam room.
Last time, the PA didn't listen to the drugs I was on and prescribed me one that interacted with those meds (can someone say MALPRACTICE!). This time nurse and PA listened, it was a great experience. Guess I went in on the good day and got the competent folks in the building. All and all a good experience.

Dr Fadul did not see us. We were seen by their PA. She was thorough and had a great bedside manner. Wished we could have got the xray done on Sunday as well.

I was very uneasy when the tech took my credit card and left the office to make my payment. Also I waited a very long time while the doctor talk on the phone in the lobby about the renovations of his home and there were no other patients waiting and then he never saw me, the nurse practitioner helped me but she was very nice.

I was given antibiotics for strep and received a mono test which came back positive at the office. The next day I went home and my mono test was positive and I was broken out in a rash from the antibiotics since it was not strep.

I always get proper care when I visit the office. My only complaint is that today, they didn't have my appointment, which I booked through ZocDoc. Perhaps someone should look into that, but overall I am good with Dr. Fadul's office.

Waited nearly two hours for a simple blood test. I made this appointment over a week ago, but the office clearly does not care about patient's schedules or appointment times. The office had walk-ins, but did not seem especially busy. Was early afternoon on a Wednesday.

The doctor is good, but the office is like a forest. I made an appointment for my son through Zocdoc, but when I went to the doctor, I read I sign that we have only walk in after 5:00 pm. So, I asked why you have openings online?? She said, I will tell the manager. As a result, we waited for 2 hours. Also, A lady came after us and they called her before, when I asked the nurse she said she only need some papers from the doctor... A big lie..When they called me, I saw her with doctor, taking care of her.... All in all, don't go there.

Doctor Fadul was fine and professional. His staff, however was terrible. I made an appointment using ZocDoc in order to avoid waiting. After 45 minutes beyond my appointment time, I asked the person at the front desk and she said she was unaware that I even had an appointment. I was seen 20 minutes later and was treated quickly by doctor F. I won't be going back.
