Because it is an urgent care facility, there are many different doctors on duty, so I didn't see Dr. Fadul, but Dr. Williams did a great job. Nurse and Receptionist had great beside manner as well. Pharmacy and physical therapist facilities are on site if needed.
Nice guy. Good at his job. He was talking about personal business on his cell phone out in the patient waiting area that made me feel me uncomfortable. My visit required me to take my pants completely off, normally you get the room to yourself to get changed into a medical outfit, well, here they had my just get undressed right then and there which just felt awkward. Other than that, I actually really liked Dr Fadul, nice guy, good at his job, nice facility. There just needs to be a tad more professionalism.
I'm going to be honest, went better than my last visit. Last visit no one got I had an appointment and made me wait an hour just to get back to see a PA and then waited an hour in the exam room. This time, about 20 minutes waiting in the waiting room and probably 15 minutes in the exam room. Last time, the PA didn't listen to the drugs I was on and prescribed me one that interacted with those meds (can someone say MALPRACTICE!). This time nurse and PA listened, it was a great experience. Guess I went in on the good day and got the competent folks in the building. All and all a good experience.
Made an appointment with Jamal Fadul, MD but saw a nurse practitioner instead
I had to wait longer because I got there early. was seen within 30 minutes of my appointment time.
The staff was professional and helpful, but the wait time was horrible.
Clean and well-maintained office, courteous and professional staff - I was very pleased!
Dr Fadul did not see us. We were seen by their PA. She was thorough and had a great bedside manner. Wished we could have got the xray done on Sunday as well.
I was very uneasy when the tech took my credit card and left the office to make my payment. Also I waited a very long time while the doctor talk on the phone in the lobby about the renovations of his home and there were no other patients waiting and then he never saw me, the nurse practitioner helped me but she was very nice.
The wait time was too long. I was seen by a different not Dr. Fadul but he was also very knowledgeable so no complaints.
She is a great doctor.
Really cold in there!
office staff was unprofessional not worth it
The wait is too long.
Felt like I was at a clinic the wait time was so long.
Horrible experience. I have already addressed this with your Facebook account. I also addressed their clinic on Facebook and other social media. Please do not contact me for further emails. I will never use your services or recommend.
The wait time was just for filling paperworks. They were very nice and professional
I was given antibiotics for strep and received a mono test which came back positive at the office. The next day I went home and my mono test was positive and I was broken out in a rash from the antibiotics since it was not strep.
I felt completely attended to and cared for during my visit. I made a good choice in primary care.
Dr. Fadul was very pleasant and helpful, but because of circumstances beyond both of our controls, he was not able to treat me and no treatment was performed. dr. Fadul
He is an awesome dr. Really helpful, nice, expert in his field strongly recommend him
I always get proper care when I visit the office. My only complaint is that today, they didn't have my appointment, which I booked through ZocDoc. Perhaps someone should look into that, but overall I am good with Dr. Fadul's office.
We have to do better next time and get my records straight from 2011
They saw me surprisingly quickly for a Sunday appointment and were very professional.
Waited nearly two hours for a simple blood test. I made this appointment over a week ago, but the office clearly does not care about patient's schedules or appointment times. The office had walk-ins, but did not seem especially busy. Was early afternoon on a Wednesday.
The doctor is good, but the office is like a forest. I made an appointment for my son through Zocdoc, but when I went to the doctor, I read I sign that we have only walk in after 5:00 pm. So, I asked why you have openings online?? She said, I will tell the manager. As a result, we waited for 2 hours. Also, A lady came after us and they called her before, when I asked the nurse she said she only need some papers from the doctor... A big lie..When they called me, I saw her with doctor, taking care of her.... All in all, don't go there.
Doctor Fadul was fine and professional. His staff, however was terrible. I made an appointment using ZocDoc in order to avoid waiting. After 45 minutes beyond my appointment time, I asked the person at the front desk and she said she was unaware that I even had an appointment. I was seen 20 minutes later and was treated quickly by doctor F. I won't be going back.
Wonderful staff and quick service for early appointments
Front desk staff is awful. Doctors were great!
Overall the appt was fine. I'd have liked more explanation of what was being done and why, which I admittedly could've asked for more clearly.
It was great. Quick and straight forward and the staff knows how to welcome new patients like my self
Dr. Fadul was courteous, listened, and took the time to talk to me about my health and my options. I would highly recommend him.
My visit with this facility is a great improvement over my past experiences with other doctors. They take time with you and you're not rushed.
It was great. The staff were kind and Dr. Fadul provided comprehensive, kind, and non-judgmental care.
Quite dissatisfied. I made an 11:00 a.m appointment online for my 77 year old father and nowhere was it stated that the average wait to be seen time on Saturdays is 2 hours.
We went to see this doctor for several times. but my recent 2 appointments were cancelled by them without any reason.
la espera es demasiada, la medicina para tratar el pie de atleta no me sirvio para nada des pues de la segunda visita y mi cita era a las 12;00pm y me atandieron asta las 2;00
I liked the visit, I thought the Doctor was very detailed and answered all of my questions.
I very much enjoyed my first visit with Dr. Fadul and will be retuning for more services. Thank you
The wait time was not as good as it has been in the past. They were fully staffed but were not efficient.
He is very friendly and affable doctor. He listened to me very carefully and answered all the questions I had.
Dr. Fault was very thorough and pleasant. I am extremely pleased with his services and look forward to a long relationship with him.
Absolutely love Dr. Fadul. Very nice and concering about your visit and wellness. Would definitely reccomend.
He sincerely seems to take his profession very seriously; gave lots useful information and analysis; and helped me find the right solution for my problem.
Mr. Fadul and his team are very well organized and has great bedside manner. I was very impressed with how the Doctor and his team work together, because it's obviouly a busy practice, to respect his patient's time while they listen and use the information received to work for the best for all involved. I was satisfied with my treatment and I highly recommend Dr. Fadul and team!!
The wait was long -- but he really does care about the patients. The place doesnt look the best...but you know what you get in PG. I'd say give it a try...just don't expect too much.
Went to this doctor for a preventative strep test. Needed an appointment that day, as I had just started a new job and had no sick leave accrued and needed to make the day count, being sick as a dog. Apparently, as a new patient, a physical was mandatory, and it was the fastest and best physical I ever had. After a longish wait, got a vision test, got weighed in, electrocardiogram, blood pressure, and a CBC blood test appointment for the next morning. Finally, after 12 minutes of routine physical work, I met Dr. Fadul. A nice man, seemed unaware that I was here for a strep test. I got the impression his front desk doesn't communicated well, but the office was very busy, so whatever. Regardless, he did a physical inspection on Ear/Nose/Throat, and ran a Quick Strep Test and also a flu test. He spent the entire time waiting for the tests to finish chatting with me about what he thought I had--namely flu, and what my options were. It was a pleasant experience. He was interested to know how I'd heard of their office, they had up signs for their Twitter feed, YouTube testimonials, etc. and I told him about Zodoc, which he had not heard of, but was interested in. Next morning, back for my blood work. After a longish wait, I had an excellent phlebotomist take my blood efficiently and painlesslessly.
