“My appointments have been rather pleasant. The staff is very attentive and professional. The location of the office is convenient and has had ample parking despite the nearby area of construction.
My physician is polite and stern, as I am a bit stubborn. She does take the time to actually listen to my concerns and work with me to create a plan of care. Iwad also made aware of possible future complications caused by my diet and sedentary habit lifestyle.
I would recommend my physician for those wanting a complete picture of their current state of health. Establishing a starting point helps to plan a good path forward.

As a new patient, I would say the experience was pretty phenomenal. Staff was friendly from when I walked in to when I left, making sure my subsequent appointment was locked in. MD demonstrated undivided attention while with me.
That said, I think they missed sending me an email instruction on how to download the app I needed to proceed with one of my test. Hope someone reads this and get on it. Overall the experience was worth referring.

Dr. Ngembus was excellent. She took her time, listened and I truly felt cared for. It is hard finding a primary doctor who is well versed in HS.

The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor is a great listener and for every question I asked, she had an answer. She is also quick on her feet too. After an unfortunate mishap, the doctor and two NPs (or assistants?) quickly assisted in getting things under control, regulating my body temperature, alleviating my worries, and overall being real down-to-earth and humorous. Their presence definitely made the experience.

One of the best with the exception of NP or blood tech she made me feel uncomfortable. The sleep study female with gray hair didn’t give me written instructions & made me feel some kind of way the drs & admin staff were off the charts 5 stars, I plan on booking my sleep study elsewhere. Way too uncomfortable to avoid any bad vibes I just locate all good ones. The ofc visit was great for our family. So happy to use zocdoc as a ppo
