Dr. Chong is so nice! He is very friendly and considerate and is always willing to listen to my questions. And his every reply to my concern is very detailed and easy to understand. Dr. Chong is also humorous and talkative and that made me feel relaxed during my visit with him. Dr. Chong's assistants are also very nice and friendly. Sometimes I could not understand them and they were never impatient and were willing to explain it to me again and again until I understood them. The people at the front desk are very nice too. Generally, my experience with Dr. Chong was great!
