Patient reviews for Dr. James Fitzgerald
Dr. James Fitzgerald and the staff is very kind and thorough. While I had to wait almost an hour after my appointment, the staff didn’t rush me during my time.
My Doctor took time to explain everything to me and was even go along with asking me from time to time did I understand each circumstance and making sure that I got his feed back. Thanks dr.
He was calming, explained everything well, and made me feel comfortable.
Doctor Fitzgerald and his staff were very professional and caring. Dr. Fitzgerald is a great doctor with great bedside manner. He spent a lot of time examining me and explaining my condition to me. He has a pleasant demeanor.
I was seen by a nurse promptly after I submitted my paperwork (15 minutes before my 11:30 appointment), and was then screened by a medical student/resident at 11:30 (my appointment time). I then saw Dr. Fitzgerald a few minutes after and thought his bedside manner was excellent.
It was easy to book my appt online. The office staff was efficient and helpful, the nurse was great and i was seen right away. Dr. Fitzgerald took as much time with me as needed to answer my questions. Very satisfied with this first visit.
The staff was professional and attentive. They made sure they got all the information they needed from me by asking all the right questions. I felt like I was valued.
