I was scheduled for an annual Pap smear which they didn’t have the tools to complete. I felt uncomfortable the whole time. The staff did not know what to do and the nurse kept going on random tangents. I wanted to run out of there. I did not see the original doctor I scheduled the appointment with rather a nurse that was not in appropriate doctors office attire which made me more uncomfortable.

Useless appointment. I don't understand video visits if they just tell you to come in person. She also had a hard time trusting my diagnosis that was validated by multiple previous doctors. I would not trust this doctor with my care.
