Dr. Steve Grammer's passion for Chiropractic began when he suffered from disabilities that were a result of combat service in the United states Army. Dr. Grammer, (then Staff Sergeant Grammer) developed back and knee injuries that forced him to discontinue his military service. Through Chiropractic, he was able to fully heal from scars of battle and resume regular life without pain.
Dr. Grammer received a Bachelors of Science from Excelsior College in Albany, New York and went on to study chiropractic at Palmer college of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida where he received his doctorate in Chiropractic making the Dean's List multiple times while simultaneously completing a rigorous study program from the Upper Cervical Academy through Sherman College of Chiropractic. He is trained in Multiple Upper Cervical techniques: Upper Cervical Specific Knee Chest, Orthospinology, Toggle (HIO), and Grostic, and is experienced in NUCCA, and Atlas Orthogonal. Dr. Grammer was the president of the Upper Cervical club at Palmer College of Chiropractic and served in multiple outreach programs to provide health care for the homeless population of Daytona Beach Florida. Dr. Grammer is currently increasing his education in Functional Medicine and has worked with people to manage blood sugar and weight loss.
Dr. Grammer has a passion for helping those in military service and helping them return to full duty. This is one of the many reasons he loves living and serving the people of Colorado Springs.
When he has free time Dr. Grammer enjoys spending time with his wife and six kids. Born in Utah Dr. Grammer enjoys the mountains and activities like hiking, camping, hunting, shooting firearms, and skiing.

I always look forward to my visits with Dr. Grammer. He is very proffessional and friendly. My back hasn't felt this good in years. I also haven't had any nerve problems with my neck. Dr Grammer is very understanding with whatever is going on or what problems exist.

I always am very satisfied. Dr. Grammar is very caring & wants to be sure he addresses your issues. I never feel rushed. He is responsible for healing my sciatica & my being able to walk without pain and without a limp.
