My ideal patient has developemental trauma, and mood disorders across the spectrum from childhood to adulthood. Most want tools and medications for emotional regulation. I am board certified in both Adult and child psychology. Have age and experience to listen, and value the experience of others as well as their struggles. I also have cross cultural experiences having lived in Africa for 3 years. I attempt to reach out to people with open hands, and to delevop a shared plan to navigate their lifes journey. To consider each patients culteral experience as unique to be investigated together.
