He seemed trustworthy and really seemed to know his stuff but what he told me in the exam room he did not write in his report. I specifically had him check my face and chest and he told me one thing but then his report said that my face and chest had nothing. So...maybe he is becoming forgetful? I am positive about what he said because I asked him several times in different ways but got the same response.i need very accurate records for proper treatment as i have several providers that need to be involved.

My Father in law who is 89 years old and had never been to see Dr. Philp was impressed that Dr Philp really listened to his concerns and addressed them right away. He was very efficient and really made him feel less anxious.

This was my first visit & I was impressed that Dr. Philip had already read my chart notes before seeing me. I was amazed that appt. was scheduled 2 weeks from when I found him online. I'll know in about 5 weeks if ointment works.

Dr. Philp was very friendly and actually diagnosed me correctly when no one else could! I would definitely recommend him, the only reason I may not is because he is getting pretty up there in age and I would assume he'd be retiring soon. Otherwise I really liked him and enjoyed talking to him besides the medical part :)

I really like Dr. Philp. I went to him a couple years ago and he was able to diagnose the issues I had that I've struggled with for a long time. My skin problems cleared right up. Today I went in for a new problem and I'm satisfied with the solutions I was offered.

He knows his stuff and he is really nice. He's not that kind of doctor that wants your money, he helps you out as much as possible. He listened to my whole story so he knows everything that has happened. If he was a doctor in general, I would goto him for everything not just skin problems!

Total waste time/money.....knew nothing about my condition, barely examined it. No diagnosis. no recommendation, gave me the name of another specialist (not even a personal one) had his receptionist get from some list (I can read lists too) really unhappy and frustrated. Also told him the med Im taking its a very well known one been around like 40 years.....he didnt have PDR or know ANYTHING about it...told me to "ask a pharmacist" wish I could get my money returned to me.

Dr. Philp is a treasure. One of the few doctors left that doesn't have to perform a dozen tests to tell you what he already knows. No nonsense, no bill fluffing - just straight arrow treatment, and always good judgment.

Many choices for online appt times, less than 5 min wait room time, Dr. P was kind, funny and to the point, he had us out of there quickly. But I didn't feel the appt was rushed, I expected this appt to be short since it was just concerns about our sons acne, perfect for what we needed to be seen for-- Will continue to see him!

I like Dr. Philp because he is kind and courteous but straight to the point and efficient, so appointments are quick (but thorough)! He has many, many years of dermatology experience so he is very knowledgeable and knows what will work without putting patients through a lot of trial-and-error.

Could have done with some compassion even with the stark brutal diagnosis. There was zero attempt to make me feel even the slightest bit better. Im paying out of pocket for a 10-min consultation literally. I left feeling completely shattered and had to take a few minutes in my vehicle to recompose myself.
