The wait was too long before they called me to the front desk. I had to go up to the desk to find out was the Dr. running late or why am I having to wait so long. I did tell the young lady at the front desk that Dr. Prine needs another Dr. to work with him or he shouldn't book sooooo many appointments.

I have gone to Dr. Prine because he has been my primary from my insurance for quite a few years. However his bedside manner is not the best. Although he is thorough, he is not very personable when it comes to his patients; very little eye contact and he always seems to be rushed. But I commend him for being so thorough as he is always sending me on referrals

Was a little upset as I filled out all info when I made the appointment online here. I filled in all insurance info, etc...however, when I got to the office, there was still paperwork to fill out. I thought by making the appointment online here...and giving all info, it would have been taken care of. This wasn't the time saver I thought it would be.

When I checked in the Woman at the front seemed nice but very busy. The young lady who checked my weight, blood pressure and did my EKG was very nice. The assistant who asked me my medical questions before the doctor came in and gave me my LabCorp documents did a good job. Other than the long wait to see the Doctor he was very thorough and friendly.

Drs over was very crowded. He had 8 patients sign in by 1015. Waited 80 mins to see the dr then he left the room twice to check EKGs of other patients. When he returned, he asked me "so what were you saying?" He didn't even treat me for anything but referred me to other people. He wants my gyno To recommend something for my anxiety because he doesn't know what's safe in case I get pregnant! YOURE A DOCTOR. you should know what's safe and what's not. The 20 minutes that I was in the room waiting for him, I heard the office staff bickering. They were nice but very unprofessional. Everything in the office is super old. They have a manual BP machine and it was leaking air so the nurse couldn't get an accurate reading. Sad to say it was such a waste of time :(

Overall I enjoyed the visit and I will go back. I liked the whole staff except for the girl who checked me out, Hynde. She made me wait for at least 10 mins and really made me feel unappreciated and insignificant. It seemed like she was entering my information in the computer which seems like that could have been done while I was with the doctor or even sooner since I submitted a lot of my info through ZocDoc. Although she did seem sort of overworked which could have caused her to be less attentive to me, but as a professional myself, I notice when people go above and beyond for you and I didnt not sense that from her, especially with me being a new patient. Overall I give my visit a 4 out of 5 stars.
