I have always been interested in the intersection of psychiatric and behavioral problems with physical and mental well-being. I think that society, or maybe our collective culture, for so long has viewed good health as only good physical health. I am astonished that so many people, either knowingly or fully aware, walk on the surface this planet in emotional pain, suffering from anxiety, depression, impulsive behaviors, inattention and poor concentration. External stressors like a job you dislike, terrible experiences, or something more unique to you, can affect your mood, outlook on life, and quality of life. Like physical problems, they may not resolve without professional help. I hope I can do that for you.
