More about Dr. James Wright, DPM, MS
Dr. J. Adrian Wright obtained his Bachelor of Science in biomedical science from Lynchburg College. His initiatives in the realm of molecular biology resulted in successful matriculation into the University of Oxford. At this time he authored two papers: one detailing the nuances in the non-monotonic linearity of science, and the second addressing the affects of molecular clock theory on modern concepts of stratocladistics. Wright was awarded the Vanauken Fellowship Award in 2006 for his work. This paved the way for his graduate focus in the field. In 2011, Dr. Wright was accepted into Harvard University where he obtained a Master’s in Science in molecular biology. Dr. Wright’s emphasis started to quickly shift from bench to bedside as he became more involved with quality matrix studies and rapid improvement events at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. At this time, he served on the roster review team to pioneer many parts of the process that led to the development of control measures in the Epic system of Reporting Work Bench. These initiatives lead to the publication of his thesis, and book, on the roster review as an efficacious means of chronic disease management care.
Dr. Wright went on to pursue a career in medicine, obtaining his doctorate, as well as residency training in Manhattan, where he served for two years as the Editor-in-Chief of PMR and committee member of the Harvard Book Award Scholarship Committee. In the spring of 2014, Dr. Wright was the recipient of the American Medical Writers’ Association Award for his published work on private practice modification in the rapidly evolving US health care system. Dr. Wright completed his internship and residency at Lenox Hill Hospital, in New York, NY.

Dr. Wright was perfect! He was patient listening to my 10 year old explaining his symptoms. In turn my son listened to Dr. Wright as he explained to him what his diagnosis is plainly and what he needs to do about it. You could talk to him easily. Office was new and comfortable. Office staff very informative and friendly. Doctor has low dose radiation X-ray machine which is very good for children, especially. My son actually enjoyed his visit with Dr. Wright.
Office is upstairs in Perilo Building. Beautiful place to visit.

Dr. Wright is an amazing doctor. I travel about one hour to see him because his knowledge and experience is worth the travel. Not only is he an excellent doctor, but he is a very kind hearted man who treats you like a person. He is down to earth and overall a great human being as well as a fantastic doctor. Dr. James A. Wright is a spectacular doctor. Besides being incredibly detailed and intelligent, he is also an amazing person. The most humble doctor you could ever imagine meeting. He is kind and will explain your diagnosis to you and your plan of treatment to the T. If you ever want a doctor who truly cares about your best interest, he is the person to see. Hands down, one of the best doctor's visits I've had in my short adult life. Usually, I'm stuck with a doctor who is very dry and only explains things in all medical terms. Dr. Wright is that exact opposite. He was very hands on with the examination, had an upbeat personality, and broke things down and made it easier for me to understand my diagnosis . It was very refreshing to see a medical professional take good pride in attending to their patients.

I have had this foot issue for so long and no one could properly diagnose me until Dr. Wright! He greeted very warm and friendly, listened to all my issues, and examined my foot throughly. He treated my issue and I did not feel rushed through any part of my visit. The office is beautiful, great location. Will definitely be following up.

Amazing experience! Dr. Wright was such a pleasure. I definitely recommend going to him for any foot or ankle treatment. Not only was he very thorough with his examination and explanation, his upbeat personality made it a very pleasant and funny visit! I saw Dr. Wright for issues with my calves that I’ve had for a long time. Soon after my visit and after starting my treatment, I saw major improvements with my condition. It was amazing to see and feel the progress so quickly. I would recommend Dr. Wright in a heartbeat. He makes you feel at ease while also making you feel confident that he know’s how to get the results you need.

Without going into specifics of my medical history, I had seen literally 6 other specialists for my condition. They were helpful, but the problem just kept recurring. My physical therapist actually referred me to Dr. Wright. I'm still in the middle of treatment, but so far everything has been exceptional. He is very thorough and definitely takes his time. Another plus is that his staff is very friendly.

I saw Dr. Wright for my daughter actually. He is amazing with children! She was very nervous before we arrived, but his front desk staff (Samantha) helped to make her a little less anxious. Although he told us he works with adults as well, I told him that he missed his calling as a pediatrician. He literally spent an hour with us for the visit. I've told my pediatrician about him. He is new to the area, and recently moved here from Manhattan. So if you are looking for a Manhattan / 5th avenue level doctor here in New Jersey this is the place.

Fantastic experience! After an awful visit with another podiatrist, Dr. Wright took the time to explain exactly what was going on anatomically with my foot. He thoroughly answered all of my questions and (extra importantly) gave me a treatment plan which has already had a huge impact in only a few days.
I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen, and he's a really pleasant guy. Highly recommended!

Dr. Wright is very knowledgeable, personable and has a beautiful, state of the art office. He answered all my questions, putting me at ease as I am an avid runner and injuring my ankle had me extremely worried. He was the second podiatrist I visited and treated me conservatively instead of jumping to the surgical route as the first Dr had recommended. My visit with Dr. Wright was 2 weeks ago and I'm already back on my feet. I generally don’t travel for Doctors but for this one, I would go anywhere!
