Dr Yang is one of the most thorough and concerned doctors that I have ever had in my 60+ years of doctor care. He is genuinely interested in his patient and takes time to clearly understand their condition, history and needs. He is breath of fresh air in today's medical profession.

I really liked him. He was really warm especially when I am a Deaf patient. He was wonderful just like nay doctor should be.
Dr. Yang is very enthusiastic about patient care and I appreciated the thought and attention he gave me during my visit.

Aside from the wait time (and not nice receptionist), really good doctor. Competent, friendly, and quick to help.
He was pleasant to talk with and had some insights into my medical condition that other doctors had not made.
Verified patient
Great practice with a friendly professional staff. I will definitely recommend this practice to others.
Too parental. Patients need to be a part of the decision making process. He is well intended though.
Verified patient
It was a very thorough visit. The staff were very helpful, courteous, and professional.
Verified patient
He was easy going and informative. I felt comfortable using his services.
I was very pleasant when I leave the office. I highly recommend him.

I met with the nurse practitioner and she was super nice.
Friendly, competent, place seemed a bit undestaffed.
Saw Dr Yang for annual physical and blood work. A summary of my complaints is: - His staff never informed me that I was supposed to fast prior to the exam. As a result, I feel the results cannot be used. (I had lunch just prior to my visit) - During the exam, he left the room and never returned! I was told he would call me later but he did not. - Despite the significant findings in my blood work, it was necessary for me to initiate the follow up visit. - When I returned with an appointment to review the results, his office was so backed up that it would have been at least an hour before I could be seen. I walked out having never learned what the blood work revealed. My derogatory review is for terrible office administration, and a complete lack of follow through.

Very kind as well as helpful.

Mr. Yang is very knowledge. He will spend the time to listen to our concerns and works to address each issue. Though the wait is long even with an appointment, it is definitely worth having a good doctor.

Came here for a routine physical and blood work with Dr. Yang. Overall, the medical experience was alright - there was a young lady who was training, so she asked all the questions, then I had to answer all of them over again when Dr. Yang came into the room 10 minutes later. Got my blood drawn for the normal lab stuff, Dr. Yang promised results in a week, sounds great, got out. Now the real problem is the administration. Problem 1. When I arrived, they couldn't find my appointment. Anywhere. Bad start. Problem 2. I received a voicemail a week or two out with my lab results, which were summarized into two statements. I've called the lady back and left messages probably 4-5 times and have not heard back. I think she called me with her cell phone because the voice message was pretty casual. Problem 3. My check up was two months ago. I have called the office about once a week trying to get a hold of anyone who can help me. My first couple of calls were fairly optimistic of the situation. I called, I said I wanted my lab results. I gave them my email, and they said we'll email them. Great! Two hours later, I call back, where are my results? They said we'll email them again. OK, first time maybe they forgot. Well... didn't get them again. Problem 4. When I asked for my lab results, they asked for my name and birthday to verify my identity. Is that all you need? I'm a little suspicious of this... Problem 5. You can trick me the first few times with this "email" thing, but I caught on pretty quick. I started asking for Dr. Yang. Of course, he was either not in the office or with another patient every single time I called. Urgent Care Center, I get it, he's busy. I left messages every time and got 0 call backs from him. Problem 6. About a month in, after several admin staff had "emailed" my records, one admin lady informed me that Dr. Yang had not signed off on my results, so she couldn't email them to me. WHAT? Did anyone want to tell me that the first time? Can Dr. Yang sign my results please?!?! Problem 7. Today, I thought I was getting somewhere. I was promised a call back and I got one (albeit from the admin staff). She then repeated the original 2 line summary (see Problem 2) over the phone and that was that. I asked for a copy of the records. She said I can pick it up. Can you email? She said OK - but that's not me, that's a different department. Needless to say, I did not get my records today. At this point... I'm so frustrated. All I want is a piece of paper! Is this too much to ask for? I really should have checked out Yelp before coming here, because this does not seem to be an uncommon issue. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Dr. Yang was knowledgable and truly listened to my concerns. He took the time to explain what my symptoms meant and ordered adequate tests determine what was going on. He was open to questions, and spent a good amount of time making sure I understand everything. The only downside to the practice is the wait time. The staff are all friendly and helpful, but having 1-2 front office people handle 15-20 patients at a time makes things a bit chaotic. It took 20 minutes and then me asking how long the wait was going to be to remind them to process my registration.

While folks aren't directly disrespectful, I feel disappointed with the consistent lack in professional decorum I've seen here. Every time I've come in, they act confused and like I've never been there before. There has been at least a 15 minute (usually a 30+ minute) wait every time I've come in. The most recent time, and the reason I'm writing this post, is they actually booked a 7:15 appointment and a 7:20 appointment back-to-back. The front desk employee said "You can still be seen, if you want, but it'll be a long wait." This implied that I had just walked in and expected to be seen when I had, indeed, set up an appointment days in advance. She suggested that I never book online, which is very confusing as the year is 2015 and we *have the technology* to ensure a clear and easy booking system.

Really good environment..

Dr. Yang is very friendly and thorough. He has always made me feel completely comfortable and takes the time to go through all of my concerns and find a solution to whatever I come into his office for.
The office is disorganized, failed to return phone calls, lost forms, lost records of me ever attending their office after being a patient for 8 months. Strange practice...
Verified patient
Extremely efficient and courteous, professional staff. Dr. Yang addressed all of my needs and concerns, scheduled tests for me, etc. Very satisfied with all personnel that I encountered on my visit.
Verified patient
Dr. Yang was quite thorough and took the time to talk to me to determine if I had any other issues during my physical. I will continue to see him.

Decent doctor. Wait time was too long.
I had an appointment & still waited an hour & 45 minutes before being called...then waited 20 minutes more in a smaller room. The doctor was great, very engaging and interested in my health (which is sadly rare). But making the process last more than 3 hours was unnecessary & ridiculous.
I saw Dr. Yang a year ago after being in a car accident. He was great, listened well, and prescribed treatment that was really helpful. The wait time was long, but it was a walk-in clinic situation, so I was somewhat prepared for that. Would definitely recommend Dr. Yang.
I didn't actually see Dr. Yang. Instead, I waited over an hour and was eventually seen by a PA. She was good, but isn't a doctor.
Was seen promptly by the aide/nurse person who took my weight and blood pressure and got some basic info. Waited a little while for the Dr but when he got there we quickly went through everything. Got my blood drawn, the phlebotomist? was very good, barely even noticed. Had some recommendations for changing my diet to try to fix the one condition I was concerned with. All in all a smooth and positive experience.

I waited over 2 hours for him to tell me he had no idea what was wrong, no suggestions to help with my symptoms and a recommendation to see a specialist. Would not recommend to anyone. The wait time alone was ridiculous and combined with the lack of service, I have never been so frustrated. Also, maybe they're in a new building because the nurse had a hard time even finding a plug to take my blood pressure.
The visit was fine but the office was supposed to call me back with results of my blood test. I never heard back from them, tried calling several times. I can't seem to get through their system to a human being very often and when I do get to a person I get shuttled off down some dark digital corridor with further hold music until I have to get off the phone because, you know, spending a day on hold isn't really a realistic way to go through life. Certainly ain't healthy.

Wait time at this office was unacceptably long.
Definitely not a primary care place. Seems like a place for urgent care mostly, even though they advertise thier primary care service. I got the impression that everyone from the doctor to the nurses felt I was a nuisance for coming in to get a routine annual physical. The doctor proceeded to give me a long lecture on how no medical studies have shown a linkage between preventive annual screenings and a healthy long life! Unbelievable!! He hardly spent any time with me otherwise and couldn't wait for me to get out of there so he could get back to doing whatever it is that he was doing. Maybe a great place for urgent care, definitely not primary care or a place to get a non-urgent check up
He didn't know anything .

He saw me on very short notice. I travel a lot-- and he is willing to accommodate my crazy schedule. He's even called in scripts to pharmacies all over the country for me!
Addressed my concerns well
He was very thorough during my exam.
Verified patient
The wait time seemed unnecessarily long especially since I was the first appointment in the morning; I waited nearly 25 mins. Then another 10 minutes in the room. And then after Dr. Yang left to grab a list of referrals, I waited for another 15 minutes for him to come back with the list. A lot of waiting... But it's a nice place, so I come back.
Verified patient
My visit with Dr. Yang was good, however I was disappointed with the fact that my appointment through Zoc Doc was not in there system. So it increased my wait time.
Great doc! But long wait.
Verified patient
This was an initial visit and annual physical, Dr. Yang was very thorough and straight to the point with the health goals he would like to see me achieve. To some this may be taken as a bit aggressive but it let me know he truly cared about my health and what happens to me.
Very friendly n understanding.
He was friendly. I felt like he truely cared about my Health. He answered all of my questions, and I never felt rushed. It was a great experience. I ill definitely be back.

It was a great visit overall. I would come back.
