I set up an ultrasound appointment for today at 12.30 pm , and the front desk called me to change the time from 12.30 pm. to 11.30 am. because another client had taken my spot. When I arrived at the clinic, the girl at the front desk said to me that they didn't do an ultrasound in the clinic. I was shocked and didn't know what to say. After 1 hr drive there, taking off of my work, it should be embarrassing for them to lie to the clients. Very disappointed situation.
