I’d been looking for a new OB-GYN for quite some time & Dr. Barnard’s positive reviews led me to her. The staff was friendly & I was quickly taken to the back. Dr. Barnard was informative, friendly & extemely pleasant. SMALL, picky con was the wait time from when I was in the room. It was a little over 30 min and the cold room & flourencent lighting isn’t calming, lol. Overall, great first time here.

This was the first time I saw Dr. Jami Barnard as a friend recommended her, and she was so wonderful! Made me feel comfortable the minute she walked in and heard all my concerns. My annual exam was very fast and they saw me right away. She has a lively personality which makes you feel at ease. The nurse that assisted was a bit cold and came off as unfriendly. I asked her a couple of questions also and she didn't seem like she cared/knew the answers, which I know now to just save my questions for the doctor. I would still definitely recommend this place.

The address of the dr is incorrect in google maps; so I wound up a mile away from where I was supposed to be. Then when I called the office to find out where they were located ("oh yeah lots of patients have problems finding it... " hmmm maybe make it part of the confirmation process then?), they informed me that they had a "no kid" policy which I was uninformed of in the confirmation of the appt process through zocdoc. My husband is traveling for work and I had no other childcare arrangements so they luckily made an exception/ but what a hassle and the looks I was getting from other patients in the waiting room.... quite stress inducing. They were also in network of my insurance, of which my deductible has been met this year, yet they expect full payment up front before billing to insurance. I would have liked to know that ahead of time as well instead of just expecting to pay a copay.
