Generally good. Office felt a bit crowded and rushed. Some sense that patients were being cycled thru so as to optimize doctor's time rather than maximize patient experience. Student intern / resident 'Danielle' was excellent. Dr Kim appeared knowledgeable & competent

Dr. Kim's medical student saw me first. He was great: enthusiastic, a good listener, and seemed very well prepared.
Dr. Kim herself was thorough, efficient, and friendly. She diagnosed a minor foot problem; took care of it; told me how to care for my foot and answered all the other questions I had.
I never felt rushed.

She helped me out a lot! Her staff was also super friendly. I wasn't able to catch the name of the person who helped me before Dr. Kim came in, but she was also really helpful. Dr. Kim helped me figure out I had flat feet (who knew!) and she gave me some very helpful pointers about how to reduce further injuries.

I really liked Dr. Kim's manner and honesty with me about my condition. Furthermore, she talked me through the procedure which I enventually had (and am still numb from)....but wasn't particularly looking forward to. Her assistant, Parth (think that was his name) was equally professional and did his best to put me at ease and make what could have been a horrible experience one that was quite civilized! I'm glad there's good folks like these so close to step in when things wrong. Thanks.

She is absolutely the best!!! This corn on my pinky toe had been driving me crazy for months. I'm a sneaker head, and couldn't wear them because of my issue with my toe. Dr. Kim made it disappears in a matter of minutes. She is very professional, and made my visit a very wonderful experience. I almost forgot, the young lady that is a student was excellent as well. You have great team in place!!!

Doctor Jamie was great! She was the first podiatrist that gave me constructive solutions to my problems. I felt like she was very personable and didn't try to sell me on additional products like many podiatrists do. I appreciated her honesty and advice.

Dr. Kim was warm and listened well. She referred me to someone for orthotics--now, if only, my insurance will pay for them. That is the question. She seemed knowledgeable. I only wish HMOs would give doctors more time.
