This was my first visit to a podiatrist. Staff was friendly and helpful and Dr McNeill was great. Very personable, very thorough , explained what she was doing very clearly, made workable suggestions, and provided patient education handouts as takeaways. Provided patient referral form for footwear recommendations as well.
For the first time in over a year, I feel hopeful that the rest of my life won't be plagued by chronic foot pain (and other related areas e.g. lower back pain, knee alignment, etc). The only regret is not coming in sooner!

Dr Yu is a breath of fresh air. She's highly-qualified and knowledgeable, but doesn't talk down to you and takes as much time as necessary to explain treatment options. I wish all my doctors were as professional as she is. I highly recommend her.
