“Everything was great. Thanks for the higher quality that office has. The only problem that my notifications said the wrong suite number # 100 instead of 101 that caused me to wait outside of the closed office 100 for more than 15 minutes waiting to open then I walked further down the hallway I found 101 with people inside and I asked the front desk she just said yes it’s here. Also the high volume of notifications prior the appointment it was unprecedented so many texts and emails. Overall it was great experience. Thanks again.”

I set up an appointment with this location for urology with a doctor I had seen in 2023 and took off work for it. When I got to the office they told me "that doctor actually has retired sorryyy" and "we no longer see any male clients at all so you cant see anyone else here either". They did not contact me at all prior to the appointment but confirmed they had it in their system and had received my pre filled form info. I then asked them to at least provide me my records from 2023 and provided them with the exact date of my visit but told me "nope we don't have that either maybe it was somewhere else". I rechecked my emails in car and it was this exact location. Awful communication. If you do not accept males and you see a person with the name David on your appointments. Canceling the appointment was least they could have done.

Save yourself the time, energy, and maybe copay. No help at all and on a follow up visit told me to Google search what I was looking for. Might be time to retire Doc. Waste of two days off.

This place is what's wrong with the healthcare system. This place is a complete sweat shop of patients. there were over 40 people waiting here. I had an appointment that I was told to come on earlier for, I get here and I had to get here and I had to wait another 2 hours before getting in a room and waiting again. why make the appointment then??? They just want to bill your insurance and tack up the number of patients seen daily. This place has no reguard for your time. Doctor comes in and talks to me for 4 minutes and moves on.... what takes you long to see your patients.hmmmm do your self a favor find someone else. This place looks fancy for it's garbage on the care.

Dr. Tehrany only works on Tuesdays. He has no other locations. Located within a busy OB/GYN practice (Garden OB/GYN). Front office staff consists of one overworked girl to handle all patients and phone calls. Appointments were consistently messed up, even when booked on Zocdoc. Dr. Tehrany is a nice guy. But only being available on a Tuesday is not helpful to people who work for a living.
