Jan is fantastic. She is very sweet, calm and listens very well. I had a bunch of questions about a new medication and she was very knowledgeable about potential risks, side effects, etc. Jan was also on time to the appointment which I really appreciate because that oftentimes doesn't happen with doctors. Highly recommend her!

I booked an appointment with Jan Nelson for 12/9 originally but she emailed me at 2am that day to tell me that she was sick and to reach out to reschedule the appointment. I responded later that day to rebook a time but I have yet to receive a response to this day. I rebooked the appointment through ZocDoc and had one today 12/23 at 10:30a. I arrived to my appointment early after arriving at the incorrect original address and waited an hour past my appointment time for Jan Nelson to show up. I called several times, left multiple voicemails, sent emails, and asked colleagues on the same floor but ultimately left because she never contacted me back or showed up. There was no receptionist at the desk either due to the floor only having private practice offices and her phone went straight to voicemail. There were consistent issues with communication and the fact that she cancelled our first appointment and then no-showed the second one is extremely disappointing and discouraging.

Jan Nelson emailed me at 2am the day of my appointment to inform me that she was sick and would be unable to make it. She also wrote in the email to reach out if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. However, after weeks of waiting for a response, I have yet to receive one.
