Wait was slightly unnecessary. Waited 15 min after my appointment time so Dr.and receptionist could finish gossiping. Dr, Burnham asked many relevant questions and figured out my problem. Did many tests to find signs of underlying causes. Overall, impressed by knowledge and diligence in helping my issue.

Dr. Burnham is a board certified neurologist. She grew up in the Detroit area and attended the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) as an undergraduate, where she double-majored in physiology and neurobiology. She then attended graduate school and earned a Ph.D. in physiology and biophysics from the University of Washington, Seattle. She attended Medical School at the University of Washington. She did her Neurology residency at Barnes Hospital at Washington University, St. Louis. She completed her residency training in 1989.
She then moved to Denver, where she has remained since. She has been in private practice in Denver since 1989. Dr. Burnham was in private practice for a few years, then became Director of Neurology atthe Rocky Mountain Multiple Sclerosis Center.
Since May 1993, Dr. Burnham has been in a solo general neurology practice. Her focus is general outpatient neurology. She sees neurology patients with a variety of symptoms and diseases in the outpatient setting.
For approximately the past 30 years, Dr. Burnham has been a Neurologist in Denver. She has practiced in the south part of town, between Swedish Medical Center and Sky Ridge Medical Center.

Dr. Burnham has extensive experience which is one of the reasons I requested an appointment with her. I felt my exam was thorough and her explanation to me of the issues was professional and straightforward. I especially appreciated that, although I had brought a copy of an MRI report, she performed her own thorough examination and could arrive at her conclusions independent of the report. I have found that the practitioners who do this are excellent at what they do. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Dr. Burnham on my path to healing. With her help, I have confidence that I will make the most progress possible.

Dr. Burnham is very attentive and takes her time with every appointment. She sees me promptly and is very patient. She strikes the perfect balance with providing highly detailed information. Dr. Burnham takes her time, making sure I understand her instructions. I never feel like she is rushing our appointment. Cecelia, who runs the office is very responsive and thorough.
