For example: she explained what to expect before the exam and then checked in during the exam to make sure I was still comfortable. The office setting was welcoming and the staff were friendly. I plan to see her again in the future.

Front desk staff & the MA who took my history were very friendly! FNP Janet Austen was very attentive, thorough, and personable. I felt like she took serious note of my concerns instead of brushing them off. The office itself is easy to find and well-kept.

Dr. Hayford was great. He is personable, kind, and many other great descriptives! I felt like he was a family member! He was professional but very down to earth!
