The only issue I had was my appointment was moved to a different time than I had made and turned into a video visit instead of in-person. But I really enjoyed my interaction with the doctor who was a great listener, had a wonderful bedside manner and fantastic follow-up.

Dr. Pelmore was excellent! She was so detailed and went over everything and more. Gave personal recommendations when needed and was not pushy regarding any treatments or medicines. Also so surprised my labs would be back in a couple days and not weeks and that you can access everything right away through the patient portal. She was very honest and to the point, but also gave lots of options and showed genuine concern and care for my health. Highly recommend her for your primary doctor, she is very skilled in many medical areas and it shows. I went to her office for my first visit and now can do tele-health (online) for my most of my other visits if I pick that option. Great office, amazing doctor!

The Dr was late. I arrived at 9:50 to a closed office. She arrived 9:59 and told me to come in at 10:02. According to the Dr there was no receptionist because “she was out on a cruise…again,” and the Dr gave several explanations/excuses for things such as having to sit through ads on whatever app she was using for office music, not having a copier, etc. There was just a total lack of professionalism in terms of her being late and not having a receptionist. I was trying to find out about her philosophies and used the word belief and she became what seemed to me defensive and got short with me. I then asked her if she was a Christian and she lost her composure for a minute and said we are not discussing that. At that time I told her I no longer wanted to keep my appointment.

My visit to see Dr. Pelmore was really more than I was expecting. Her warm kind manor puts you at ease no matter how severe your medical situation may be. I love her office, it is so comforting. I will definitely be looking forward to referring clients to her. So glad I was able to get in!!!!

Our appointment was for my almost 18 year old daughter. She felt very comfortable and welcomed at this office. Dr. Pelmore was very friendly and communicated openly which was greatly appreciated! The office was very clean and esthetically pleasing and created a calming atmosphere. Our wait to see the Dr. was very short. We were extremely happy that we decided to switch providers.
