I was a bit annoyed that I had waited over 30 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time however; once I was brought back into a room o forgot that I had been annoyed. The nurse was wonderful and super personable. She put me right at ease for my 1st visit with doctor Keever. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Keever. She is warm and friendly and incredibly genuine. Not just with me but with the intern who was learning along side her. The experience almost makes me wish I needed my annual more than once a year. Lol

I had to report the symptoms why I was in the office to three different people. I was told to undress but the doctor never examined me. She made me feel stupid for even coming in and just threatened me with doing more examinations that would be “too painful” to do in the office.
She said there was no way to find out where my symptoms were coming from and even if there was there would be no way to treat them. Overall, I am very unhappy with this doctor and won’t go back.

This was my first appointment with a gynecologist. Janine was incredibly professional and personable. She listened emphatically and spoke to me in a straightforward and caring way. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

There was an issue with the computer system which delayed my appointment but once I got in I was very happy. The nurse who met with me and Dr Keever were both very knowledgeable, and everything I needed done was able to be accomplished in about fifteen minutes, included the removal and replacement of my IUD - I thought I may have to get a second or third appointment for that apart from my annual!
