She's great so far! At my new patient appointment, she was really empathetic about some stomach issues I've experience and no one has solved. She seems determined to find the root cause, rather than let it continue which is great!
Extremely nice, very thorough. Took all of my concerns very seriously and listened to every word I said. Best doctor I've ever met with.
Pleasant staff and professional service with a smile.
She took her time with me and went over everything. She explained each procedure and treated me like an equal.
Dr. Pardo was kind and caring. She made me feel welcomed right away- she was very professional when asking about my medical and personal history and reassured me that she was asking for her records and not to overstep boundaries.
Clean office, caring staff, accessible location. Dr. Pardo is exceptionally kind and caring, comprehensive, and I like her focus on preventive care and whole body health and well being. I can't recommend highly enough.
She really took the time to listen to my problems and address my medical needs.
Dr Pardo demonstrates how an effective PCP should operate. Her focus on treating the cause vs. treating the symptom takes hard work and dedication to her profession. She is my healthcare manager who surrounds me with a network of specialists to provide me with quality healthcare.
She was very friendly and eager to help/listen! Didn't make me feel like the appointment was rushed at all, and she was able to answer all of my questions.
I very much appreciate the time that Dr. Pardo spent with me and the discussion regarding health issues. I especially am happy with her approach to heal body and mind. She's great!
She was very nice and made me feel very comfortable the whole time.
The office staff is great, which is so important to me. Dr. Pardo takes her time to listen and helped me explore a few different options for my healthcare concerns.
She was incredibly thorough and attentive and I truly appreciated her holistic approach. In 16 years of dealing with fibromyalgia, she is the first doctor to talk to me about solutions beyond throwing a pill at it. Much appreciated.
Dr. Pardo is the perfect combination of informative, open and sweet. She gave me tons of preventative and nutrition related information at my physical and also listened to my concerns and answered questions with care and empathy. I would recommend her to anyone that asked.
dr.Pardo was awesome and very thorough. She really cares about getting the whole picture for a wellness perspective!
Dr. Pardo is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate that she views medicine and health holistically, thinking about one's physical health within the context of mental health, exercise, and nutrition. In total, Dr. Pardo spent about 40 minutes with me, both conducting the physical examination and in a post-exam conversation. She asked a lot of great questions and allowed me plenty of time to ask questions and raise concerns that I had. I also appreciated that she works with athletes and could speak knowledgeable about my own lifestyle and needs. It was great that she has a separate office for these conversations so that patients do not have to sit half-dressed in the exam room. It's a simple practice but a really great gesture to make patients feel comfortable.
Janine is an amazing, caring person who is very knowledgable about wellness and mindfulness in addition to all of the standard primary care approaches. I would highly recommend joining her practice.
Dr. Pardo was attentive and nice. She really seemed to listen to my concerns, and helped form a comprehensive plan to address them. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pardo.
I Wasn't to happy I when to see her on a Wednesday and she did labs because I felt awful. She told me that she would call me in 1 to 2 days and never did... Come to find out i was pregnant and taking birth control pills. Omg!! image being pregnant and still taking birth control. She didn't get back to me until 1 week later.I found out by another Doctor because I was so sick , she call me the next day. after this experience I will not be returning back to see Dr.Pardon. Other than that she was nice.
Very nice bedside, good understanding of medicine, seemed to really know what she was talking about. I was impressed with her holistic approach.
She is thorough and caring- I was very impressed!
I like Dr Pardo
I went for a new patient appointment. Miriam at the front desk is so sweet. The medical assistant was nice and professional. Dr. Pardo is excellent. Even in this short visit, I can tell that she cares about her patients, and wants to help them towards their health goals.
Dr Pardo was very nice and took the time to listen to my whole chronic story. She seemed to have a handle on how to treat me and get me out of a decade of intermittent pain. I have very little problem with her as a doctor. What I do have a huge problem with is that after my first appointment, I booked a second. I was called 2-3 days before my appointment to say it had to be rescheduled... to a month away. After that, I just received a call a week and a half out from my re-scheduled appointment to say it had to be rescheduled AGAIN! To ANOTHER MONTH away! I feel like, if it's your fault I'm being re-scheduled, you should work a little harder to get me in as close to my original appointment time as possible. As much as I wanted to like Dr. Pardo and have her be my long term provider, I may not stay with her. Waiting 2 months because you can't keep your appointments straight is not really acceptable.
Very professional. Answers all of your questions and makes you feel at ease. Rarely i find Doctors who actually listen to you and address all of my questions.
Dr. Pardo was great and the office staff were all very nice and well organized.
She was great and spent a lot of time listening to me. She actually cared about the whole picture.
