Very professional, understanding and friendly! I had to wait a bit for the actual examination with the doctor but the fact that they were all so friendly and professional was worth it !!! He explained everything in detail and actually helped me a lot !!!

Place was super clean. Not super busy but still some people. Front desk was courteous and quick. Not a ton of paperwork to fill. Nurse was AWESOME! Test were quick. A higher nurse or doctor came in at the end and she explained everything clearly. Also super courteous. DeF I will visit them again.

Dr. Jason (Jake) Deutsch is an emergency medicine doctor and is the clinical director of Cure Urgent Care. Having practiced for 16 years his passion is taking exceptional care of adults and children. Dr. Deutsch received his medical degree from University of Massachusetts Medical School and was Chief Resident for the emergency medicine residency at Beth Israel/ Mt Sinai Medical Center. He is an Infusion Specialist and currently hold privileges at all hospitals with in the Sinai system. Patient's may rest assured that with Dr Deutsch they not only have a highly specialized practitioner but also a doctor that really cares about keeping them happy and healthy!

This was a total scam.
I was looking for an annual physical and searched ZocDoc for Primary Care Physician.Dr. Deutsch showed up in that search. I liked his credentials and booked an appointment.
When I arrived at the facility, I thought it was weird that a Primary Care Doctor worked in an urgent care, but brushed it off. Upon check-in, I was told (1) due to a change in schedule, Dr. Deutsch was unable to help me but another doctor would be there and (2) I would be charged an Urgent Care copay, which is almost 3 times the copay that my insurance charges for an annual physical.
When I complained about this, they said I need to take it up with ZocDoc - a bogus response. I should have cancelled my appointment at that moment, but decided to proceed since I wanted to be seen for my physical. I wish I trusted my first instinct.
As far as the medical exam goes, they sent in a medical assistant to take my blood pressure/pulse and draw blood. Then, instead of a Dr, they sent in a Physicians Assistant to perform my exam. The exam entailed him asking 1 question then setting me up for EKG. After the EKG, I asked him what about the rest of the physical exam. He responded: oh, yeah, this is the extent of an Urgent Care Physical. You must be thinking about the annual physical that you get from a Primary Care Physician. I suggest you schedule one of those". THAT'S PRECISELY WHAT I TRIED TO DO.
This was false advertising and I'm livid. Never go to this place.

First time with Dr. Deutsch and first time at CURE (very nice office) -- nothing short of a perfect visit. Was greeted by the receptionist immediately and I could tell that she was smiling (even though) both of us had our masks on. After filling out all the necessary paperwork and handing it over, she sent me a link to my patient portal (how 2020! and so on-brand) -- then I went in to see Dr. Deutsch, who was beyond professional, attentive and caring. Happy to know that this will be my go-to for any med related issues.

Made an appointment thinking I would be seeing a primary medical doctor and instead was at and urgent care center and seen by another doctor, that not only was in rush and not helpful but was also pretty rude and condescending when discussing pain management. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also had an almost 2 hour wait time...HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I saw Dr Kelly Jarrett this Sunday morning and he was caring, astute, and professional , and personally ascertained that I did not have strep throat, which is what I thought I had , but instead had Influenza A, which he treated me for. The staff was precious and welcoming, even opened early and offered us tea and coffee. I really like this place and recommend it, but hope everyone stays well and doesn’t have to go!

It’s not doctor Deutsch! It doesn’t seem they are taking the ZocDoc app seriously either. Even I told them I booked app from ZocDoc. They didn’t check anything from my app. The doctor assigned to me is fine but her diagnosis is very quick. I waited almost an hour and waited for in the room. Then she saw for less than 10mins

Dr. Deutsch is very polite and knowledgeable. His bedside mannerism is stella. He took his time listening and addressing all my concerns. He explain cause and treatment. Great Doctor and friendly organized staff. Everyone on his team is a reflection of the quality of care you are suppose to receive from your doctor's appointment.

I thought the registration procedures efficient, solicitous and courteous. the offices are attractive, modern, spotlessly clean. the nursing staff was competent and pleasant.
I was given prescriptions for antibiotics and the link to my local pharmacy was seamless. I was very happy to have opportunity to engage with medical attention in such a smooth and efficient manner. I highly recommend this service for non emergency situations or where initial symptoms do not seem to demand super specialization. Easy way for patients to catch problems in the bud. I do not know what it would be like if scores of people a day begin to call them or show up as walk ins.
Let us hope the diagnosis was correct and the treatment successful.
