Quick, professional, yet receptive and a good listener. Very focused on me and on appointment.
Very kind and smart, with so much information to what we should do.

Hurrying
I had a 4:40pm appt - filled out intake forms the day before, when I showed up I had to fill them out again. Waited 20 minutes to see nurse. Then waited another 30 minutes to see Dr Kramer. She ordered a bunch of tests that I did not ask for (including x-rays) and then told me to wait outside again to get my bloodwork. After another 20 minutes of waiting an admin asked why I was still there, and that they were closing soon and wouldn’t do any more tests that day. I had to reschedule with her even though Dr Kramer assured me it could be done same-day and there was no heads up about any of this when I made the appointment or when I checked in. Overall bad experience and I wouldn’t go back.
