Dr. Jason Lomboy is a North Carolina native who joins
Advanced Urology and is thrilled to provide compassionate
and individualized care to patients of the metropolitan Atlanta
area and beyond.
Dr. Lomboy earned his undergraduate degree from The
University of Virginia before attending medical school at The
Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. He then
completed his general surgery internship and urologic surgery
residency at The University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
While in residency, Dr. Lomboy presented research across
many fields of urology at both the regional and national level.
Dr. Lomboy treats all problems in the field of urology, but has a
special interest in erectile dysfunction, enlarged prostate, low
testosterone, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder,
genitourinary reconstruction, and kidney stone disease. Dr.
Lomboy also specializes in the treatment of all urologic
cancers. Dr. Lomboy is highly skilled in the minimally invasive
approach (using the latest da Vinci robotic surgical system)
and strives to use the latest technology to diagnose and address
his patients’ concerns so that they may return to an improved
quality of life in a timely manner.
In his free time, Dr. Lomboy enjoys playing golf, traveling,
cheering on his favorite sports teams, and exploring new
Atlanta restaurants.
